What the price covers
Every figure comes from the factory book
We quote off the OKNA 500 Series price list, band by band, and add one flat margin for supply and fitting. Open the breakdown on any window and you will see each line.
Fitting, disposal and trim are in it
Removal of the old unit, foam and flashing, interior trim made good, and the old frames taken away. No day-of extras.
Held for thirty days
Take the number away and think about it. We re-measure before ordering, and if a frame turns out smaller than you read it, the price comes down.
Fully welded, not screwed together
Frame and sash are fusion welded at every corner, so there is no joint to open up and leak in ten years' time.

Same crew every time. We do not subcontract the fitting, which is the part that decides whether a good window performs like one.
What sits between you and January
Standard is a double insulated unit. Everything above it is priced by united inch in the configurator, so you can try a package and see exactly what it costs before you commit.

Add one window for every opening in the job. Measure the existing frame edge to edge — width first, then height — and we will handle the deduction when we check-measure. Change anything and the price moves with you.

How the job runs
Four steps, and you know the price before the first one.
You price it here
Build the list, send it over. Nobody comes to the house yet and nobody calls you at dinner.
We check-measure
Thirty minutes with a laser and a folding rule. Sizes go on the order to the eighth of an inch, and the quote is corrected either way.
The factory builds them
Every window is welded to your sizes. Tempered and custom colours add about a week — the configurator tells you when you have picked one.
We fit and clean up
Old units out, new ones foamed, flashed and levelled, trim made good, everything hauled away. You get the warranty paperwork before we leave.
What people say afterwards
I had three quotes. Two of them wanted a two hour appointment before they would say a number. This one I did on my phone on a Sunday, and the final invoice matched it.
The check-measure knocked two of my openings into a smaller price band and they told me, unprompted. That is when I stopped shopping around.
Two men, one day, eight windows, and the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The bay took a second day as promised.
Before you ask
Because a replacement window is priced on size, style and glass, and you can measure those. We quote from the factory's own band table, then add one margin that covers labour, delivery and disposal. The only thing a visit changes is the exact measurement, and we correct the quote in whichever direction it lands. What a visit does not do is find reasons to add money.
Width plus height. A 32 by 54 window is 86 united inches. The factory prices in bands of united inches rather than by the square foot, which is why a slightly smaller window sometimes costs noticeably less — it drops into the band below. Open the breakdown on any opening in the configurator and you will see which band it landed in.
Measure the existing frame, edge to edge, at its widest and tallest. Do not deduct anything. The factory cuts a replacement back by a quarter inch on the width and a half inch on the height, and we apply that on the order. Windows are built in eighth-inch steps, so a rough figure is fine for a quote — the check-measure is what goes on the order.
It is required, not optional, in specific places — near a door, low to the floor, beside a stair, in a bathroom. Code decides, not taste. It costs meaningfully more and adds about a week to the build, so we flag it at the check-measure rather than sell it to you now. Tick it in the configurator if you already know an opening needs it.
Inside and out, you can have beige or cocoa. Outside only, you can have bronze, cocoa, almond, terra brown, basic brown or sandstone at the standard exterior rate. Anything else is a custom colour: the same exterior rate plus one setup charge for the whole order, not per window. The configurator adds that once, however many windows you pick it for.
The configurator will tell you, in that opening, with the actual limit. Usually the answer is a different style — a three lite slider or a picture window takes a wider opening than a double hung — or two units mulled together at the factory. Send the list anyway and we will tell you which it is.
